Free flu shots, COVID-19 testing and vaccination registration coming to N. Charleston

 NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — The Community Resource Center, the Charleston Hispanic Association, and therefore the Impact Center is going to be coming together in the week to directly serve Lowcountry residents.


On Monday, leaders are going to be sharing details on free flu shots and COVID-19 testing, also as vaccination registration, which can be happening in North Charleston from 1 p.m.-5 p.m. the subsequent afternoon.

These groups are working with DHEC to supply the services at the Multicultural Center located at 4870 Piedmont Road.

"We realize that our elderly, homeless, and marginal citizens are impacted and haven't any transportation, so we've decided to bring these services to their neighborhood," a handout stated.

More information is going to be shared during a news conference Monday at 4 p.m. at the Multicultural Center.
